Job Summary:
Call Center Representatives will receive inbound calls, place out bound calls to offer services, answer customer questions and assist customers with the various needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
- Self-motivated with good grammar and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
- Works well in group problem solving situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while completing daily goals.
- Responds promptly to customer service requests and assists with all customers’ questions and concerns.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above personal interests.
- Self-motivated with good grammar and a professional phone presence.
- Responsible for answering inbound and placing outbound calls.
- Complete and receive calls using call taking features and scripts given in training.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Time management skills
- Basic software understanding
- Self-motivation
- Computer/Typing skills
- Service Titan (preferred)
