Overview

Hill Country Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions.

Requirements:

  • EPA Certification (Required).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
